Features
Everything Wealth Architect does today, and a look at what is coming next.
What you can do today
A visual canvas
Drag tiles onto a canvas and arrange your whole wealth structure the way you actually think about it.
Seven tile families
Entities, assets, bank accounts, share portfolios, insurance, notes and admin records (utility accounts, phone plans, subscriptions, passports, driver licences and identity documents): the seven families wealth is made of, with 116 sub-types to choose from.
Typed connections
Link tiles with real relationships: ownership, cash flow, loans, control and distributions, each carrying its own numbers.
Security
Your account is protected by Supabase Auth, with passwords hashed (never stored in plain text) and every connection served over HTTPS. The database is encrypted at rest, and per-user Row-Level Security isolates your canvas from every other account's at the database layer, not just in application code.
Fact-based reports
Generate clean dossiers for entities, property, estate, liabilities, cash flow and insurance, straight from the canvas. Cash-flow dossiers show partial-ownership shares correctly, so the rent on a 50/50 property doesn't get double-counted.
Net worth dashboard
A consolidated balance sheet for the whole household, plus a separate view for every individual and every entity. Each class (property, super, shares, cash, debt) expands to show every contributing tile with the share it carries.
Estate plan
A single picture of who inherits what, who steps into which role, and where the coverage gaps are. Wills, residuary shares, specific bequests, joint-tenancy ownership, successor trustees and appointors, BDBN nominees and guardians of minors, all surfaced from the canvas.
Scenarios
Branch the canvas into what-if scenarios, each saved separately, so you can explore a change without touching the original.
The Wizard
Turn your canvas into ready-made prompts for deeper analysis with AI. Copy as an anonymised snapshot if you want to use a third-party AI without sharing names, addresses or account numbers (a mapping key lets you decode the reply back to your real entities). The questions are surfaced; the decisions stay yours.
CSV import share portfolio
Bring your share trades in from a CSV. CommSec exports are detected automatically, and a column mapper handles holdings from any other broker.
CSV import bank transactions with rules (beta)
Import bank transactions from a CSV and let rules sort them into categories for you. Common Australian bank formats are recognised automatically. This feature is still in beta.
Mobile companion
On your phone you get a read-only view of your Structure, Reports and the Wizard. Building and editing the canvas itself stays on desktop.
Health, on the same canvas
Each individual carries a Health section beside the financial fields: blood type, organ-donor status, GP and specialists with their contact details, medications and dosing, allergies, chronic conditions, an emergency contact and any linked Medicare or private-health policies. Generate a one-page Health Summary report you can print and hand to a locum, carer or family member when it matters most. No clinical interpretation, no advice, just the facts you'd want to have in front of you.
Coming soon
On the roadmap for after the beta.
Accountant & adviser dashboard
One login, every client. Create a canvas for each client and track all of their structures from a single dashboard.
Interactive product tour
A guided, step-by-step walkthrough that builds your first canvas with you.
Historical dossiers
Reports as-of a past date, so you can see how a structure looked at any financial-year end.
Archival PDF exports
Long-term, archival-quality PDF/A report files for permanent record-keeping.
Deeper in-context help
Help that appears right where you are, tuned to whatever you happen to be doing on the canvas.
Document scanning
Upload a statement, deed or policy and Wealth Architect reads it, creates the right tile, and fills in the fields it can recognise for you.
